THE CLUB is THE LOT’s loyalty program. The program has three tiers: Star, Executive Director, Producer and it provides various benefits to customers that sign up.
Star is the free tier in THE CLUB. Members receive 3% LOT Credits on every purchase and stay in the loop through our newsletter.
What is Executive Director tier?
Executive Director is the paid yearly tier in THE CLUB. Members can purchase up to two $12 tickets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They also receive 5% LOT Credits on every purchase, 3 free movie tickets per year, and receive our newsletter.
How much does the Executive Director tier cost?
$30 plus tax paid once a year upon enrollment.
Is there a minimum enrollment period in the Executive Director tier?
Once enrolled, the membership is valid for 12 months. Membership will auto-renew upon expiration unless canceled.
Can the Executive Director membership be used by multiple people?
No, this membership is strictly for individual users and is non-transferrable.
Producers is the earned and highest tier of the regular loyalty program. To reach this tier, an Executive Director member must reach a spend of $1000 and 20 visits during a calendar year. Producer tier members receive 10% LOT Credits on every purchase and get the Executive Director membership fee waived for next year.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be added to your THE CLUB account once milestones have been reached. Sign in to THE CLUB or on thelotent.com to access your account.
Members receive a percentage back of all purchases as THE LOT credits as long as an account is provided. THE LOT Credits accumulate on your loyalty account and can be redeemed for any of our products except gift cards and private events. THE LOT Credits have a 1:1 value with US dollars and expire on February 28th of every year.
Is there an expiration for my tickets?
Activation, Birthday, and Appreciation tickets all expire within 30 days of issue. Appreciation ticket will be added to members’ account after 9 months of membership.
